Your plan and goals
Creating your plan
Your plan is a written agreement worked out with you. Everyone's plan is different. NDIA will ask questions about how you are going in different areas of your life, what goals you would like to pursue and what kind of help and support you need. This will help to develop a plan that provides the right support for you.
Using your plan
Once you have your plan, there are people who will help you start it. Find out the different types of budgets, and how to use the myplace portal

Its important that you understand how your plan is managed such as Self Managed, Plan Managed or Agency Managed.
The way in which your plan is managed will impact how you and engage in services and what type of services you can engage with.
Be sure you read any Service Agreement and if you are unsure contact your Local Area Coordinator, NDIA or Support Coordinator (if you have one) for guidance. There are also many local NDIA advocates that you may be able to reach out to.

When working with any services ensure that they provide you with progress reports as part of their service and ask if there are any additional costs for these.
Wellness Australia Group will provide you with progress reports on a regular basis and a service report annually.
